Mushrooms and Fungi
Considered the "Fifth Kingdom" Siberian Chaga and similar species of Fungi are
NEITHER plant nor animal, yet its DNA chromosomal makeup is 30% closer to
humans than plants.
The greatest success of the Pharma Industry to date is the introduction and
discovery of "Antibiotics". it should be noted that antibiotics came from molds
and fungi, closely related to the Chaga species.
Siberian Chaga tends to be grouped with another fungi and mushroom species such
as Ganorderma Lucidum, commonly known as: Reishi in Japan and Lingzhi in China
due to their medicinal properties, however, this generality and/or grouping is
incorrect for they are different sub-species and do not contain the
phytonutrients, butulinic acid, beta glucans and SOD found in Siberian Chaga
(Inonotus Obliquus).
Chaga is rich in minerals such as: Vitamin B1, B2 and B3 as well as Amino
Acids. It contains Ergosterol (Vitamin D2), which is not found in vegetables
and has low Caloric Value and High in Dietary Fibers
Chaga contains a complex "cocktail" of phytonutrients and immune activating
compounds such as Beta Glucans (Complex Carbohydrates) or Polysaccharides found
in Algae, Yeast, Oats, etc. Beta Glucans are largely responsible for warding
off tumors, immune deficiencies, viral, bacteria and parasitic diseases, as
well as hormonal imbalance and the prevention of oncogenesis.
Siberian Chaga has 29 beta factions. It contains Saponins, Sterols,
Triterpenes, SOD, Protein and Amino Acid Complexes and other Trace Minerals.
Siberian Chaga contains 215 Phytonutrients as compared with Lingzhi or Reishi
with 180, and has direct synergy with chemotherapy in preventing tumor
metastasis.
The only commonality is that all of them are, and form part of, over 200 proven
medicinal BASIDIOMYCETES MUSHROOMS of which Siberian Chaga is at the top of the
chain as the most desirable, rare and powerful.
Chaga has an advantage no other fungus or mushroom has - that it contains
"betulinic acid". Betulinic acid and clinical and biochemical research have
demonstrated strong anti-tumor activity with virtually no side effects nor
toxicity.
Chaga contains large amounts of betulin or betulinic acid, a natural substance
that is being studied for use because of its anti-cancer properties. Chaga also
contains the full spectrum of immune-stimulating phytochemicals found in other
medicinal mushrooms such as the maitake and shiitake mushrooms in a form that
can be ingested orally.
All superior medicinal mushrooms, and in particular Siberian Chaga, contain
vast amounts of triterpenoids and Sterols. Lingzhi and Reishi has 100 types
including Ganoderenic Acid "A" and Ergosterols and Ergosterol Peroxides.
By Comparison, Siberian Chaga has a similar profile to Lingzhi and Reishi but
has far greater values are found in betulinic acid and high amounts of
Lanosterol - linked triterpenes, which are found only in Siberian Chaga.
Lanosterols for anti-bacteria candidas, cholesterol, assists to lower blood
pressure, circulation, etc., Trameternolic Acid for non-insulin dependent
diabetics, Inotodiol for anti-tumor viruses and influenza type A and B,
Ergesterols for antioxidant therapy and oncogenic and immune defense. These
sterol derivatives have been found effective for herpes, lupus, allergies and
psoriasis. Saponins are normally found in vegetables and long known as natural
antibiotics for plants. Current and published research indicates that Saponins
play an essential role in lowering the risk of cancer and high LDL cholesterol
levels.
An abundance of Lingzhi or Reishi are available to the public, but sadly too
many firms supply the active primary ingredients in capsule form, which are
diluted and standardized for easy consumption. This is not optimum for
absorption.
Of 140,000 types of mushrooms and fungi 38,000 are mushrooms species of which
only 200 have demonstrated some medicinal value. Of these 200 species,
approximately 50 have shown researchers truly "superior and edible higher
basidiomycetes". The top 10 superior medicinal mushrooms out of 50 are: (In
order or medicinal value)
-
Siberian Chaga (Inonotus Obliquus)
-
Agaricus Blazei Murill (Agaricus)
-
Ganoderma Lucidum (Lingzhi and Reishi)
-
Grifola Fronsosa (Maitake)
-
Lentinus Edodes (Shiitake)
-
Coriolus Versicolor (Yunzhi)
-
Cordyceps Sinensis
-
Tremella Fuciformis
-
Hericium Erinaceus
-
Phellinus Linteus
These 10 medicinal mushrooms account for approximately 83% of all the medical
research studies performed to date.
Their combined value is a medical smorgasbord, which has shown efficacy and
value in the pharmaceutical and natural treatment, prevention, wellness of
multiple diseases, infections, and maladies.
